Dale Carnegie Training Japan (DC Training Japan) provides the business community with world-renowned development training. In 2011, DC Training Japan was expanding and relocating to a larger office space. DC Training chose to upgrade to PBXL cloud telephony for the simplicity of a consolidated telecommunications offering and a fully managed solution.
With no dedicated IT personnel within Japan, DC Training Japan was wasting too much time internally on telecom management. Prior to moving to the cloud, DC Training had multiple vendors for internet, fixed lines, mobile lines, long distance, and the phone system (PBX). Any changes, even simple ones like moving a person between desks, required multiple contacts and on-site visits which incurred substantial unbudgeted support costs. In addition, no single vendor owned the troubleshooting, leading to problems that would be unresolved due to vendor conflict.
DC Training chose PBXL’s Cloud Telephony offering because it was a fully managed solution that provided everything they needed in one consolidated offer, simplifying the technology responsibilities while providing a single bill for services.
PBXL hosted telephony solutions offer more than the typical business phone system. Instead of dropping a PBX ‘box’ and phones off at the DC Training office, PBXL’s service is a full-service solution, where PBXL owns and operates all of the equipment, telecommunication lines and services. Typical PBXL customers have eliminated the need for costly on-site visits as our Cisco based system is optimized for remote management for any support or configuration requests. Additionally, our managed services include upgrades, maintenance and broken hardware replacement. Now that’s peace of mind!
By providing all of DC Training’s telecommunications services, PBXL eliminated the need for multiple vendors, support, and bills. PBXL is unique in Japan in that we provide telephony, support, and carrier services in one simple package. As part of our hosted solution, we include internet services, carrier services (lines, numbers, calling), and telephony services (phones and hardware). With everything consolidated into a single bill and support contact, DC Training spends far less time worrying about bills and support. DC Training now has a single contact for all billing, service, and support requests.
PBXL’s fully-managed, consolidated offering provided DC Training with all of the services it was looking for and more. In the main Tokyo office, DC Training reduced the time spent on IT and telephony to almost nothing. With the freedom and flexibility of PBXL hosted telephony, DC Training was able to concentrate on what matters.
As cloud telephony evolves, PBXL phone systems and services are becoming easier to manage and our customers are enjoying more ways to increase productivity and simplify their business processes. Take the lead from DC Training and simplify your business today!
As we were expanding and relocating in 2011, we knew that we wanted to get rid of the old phone system, but we weren’t sure what options were available. PBXL went out of their way to compare their services with other telephony vendors and let us know exactly what we were getting with each service. After comparing the various vendors, PBXL turned out to be the only solution that offered complete management of telephony services.
